Eligible Specialties:

The applicant must be a current licensed healthcare provider (physician or dentist) or current dental student, medical/dental resident, and/or fellow.

Service Requirements (formerly Service Stipulation):

Eligible physicians may apply for a loan repayment in exchange for a five (5) year service obligation. Eligible dentists may apply for either a loan repayment in exchange for a five (5) year service obligation or a Practice Support Grant in exchange for a ten (10) year service obligation.

Who Can Apply:
|
Eligible professions include allopathic or osteopathic physicians specializing in any primary, specialty or sub-specialty care. Similarly, dental providers in any primary, specialty or sub-specialty care are eligible to apply.

Have graduated within the last five years (January 1, 2017) or will be graduating and moving towards employment no later than June 30, 2022. For dentist applying to the Practice Support Grant must have graduated from dental school or residency program within the last fifteen years (January 1, 2007)
