US citizen (U.S. born or naturalized) or United States national; A health professional in an eligible discipline with qualified student loan debt for education that led to your degree.

Repayment/Scholarship terms:
|

Amount of repayment per year of service:
|
Full-Time Service: Up to $75,000 for a three-year service obligation;
Half-Time Service: Up to $37,500 for a three-year service obligation;
Spanish Language award enhancement of up to $5,000 for eligible applicants.
