Service Requirements (formerly Service Stipulation):

You must serve at least three years of service at a rural NHSC National Health Service Corps-approved substance use disorder treatment facility.

A United States citizen (U.S. born or naturalized) or the United States national; Fully trained and licensed to practice in the NHSC-eligible primary care medical, or mental/behavioral health discipline and state in which you are applying to serve.
